Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Request within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- If your return or refund request is related to a warranty issue, please note that Elecart.in does not provide a separate warranty. Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy, and any warranty claims must be directed to the respective brand or manufacturer as per their terms.

Option 1: Via WhatsApp

- Include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason
- Photos/video (if applicable)
- We’ll reply within 1 business day.
Return Pickup Process
Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item within 2–4 working days. Please keep it securely packed.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.
- COD Orders: UPI ID or bank details will be requested for refund.
