At ELECART, we strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will reach you.
1. Delivery Timelines
Within Ernakulam:
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12: PM.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Other Locations (Outside Ernakulam):
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on courier service schedules and the shipping destination.
2. Shipping Method
We ship all orders through Delhivery, our trusted courier partner.
Delivery is subject to the norms and conditions of the courier company.
ELECART is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
Please ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

A confirmation of your order and delivery details will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.

Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
In its original packaging

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
